Cotton paper is made entirely of white cotton T-shirt offcuts, the fabric leftover from when a T-shirt pattern is cut from a roll of fabric, something that would otherwise be wasted. The paper is also naturally bright white and does not require bleaching or chemical processing.
We take the offcuts from U.S. T-shirt manufacturers, all from cotton grown in America. These offcuts are then turned into a pulp which Mohawk then processes into a strong, flexible, gorgeous paper.
