What's your process for dealing with damaged or messed up orders?

Once you've got in touch with customer services, they're usually able to find a fix straight away. Occasionally one of our team will ask you a few more detailed questions, just to make sure we're fixing the right problem.

Sometimes we'll do a straight re-print of your order, other times we might give you a coupon so you can place a new order yourself, for free.

Ultimately, you'll take delivery of a brand new, correct order.
