If you receive the warning at checkout that "there's been an error" or "unable to process order", this may be caused by your order containing emojis.
At this time, our system is unable to recognise or process emojis and they will have to be removed in order to proceed. Here are a few places where emojis may be found in your order:
- in your billing/shipping address fields
- within the content of your design
- within the title of your saved project(s) or uploaded file(s)
If you have removed all emojis from within your order but still receive the above errors at checkout, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to investigate further for you.
