Depending on the payment method used, please follow the relevant steps below:
Credit/debit card payments
If you didn't get the confirmation email, it's likely something went wrong and the order was not placed. If you've been charged, we'll automatically refund your money straight away and you should try placing the order again.
Payments via PayPal/Sofort(Klarna)/iDeal might take a little longer to reach us. Please allow our payment provider some extra time to confirm your order.
If no confirmation email reaches you and these issues keep happening, please tell our Customer Service team and we'll see what we can do to fix it.
