What are the new tariffs, and how do they affect me as a Canadian customer?
The Canadian government has implemented a 25% tariff on goods imported from the United States. This means that products originating in the US, including from MOO, will incur additional costs. As a result, our Canadian customers might experience price increases on their orders from MOO. This cost will be reflected in the “handling fee” you see at checkout.
However, MOO will be splitting the cost with our Canadian customers, and giving you a 13% discount on the products in your order. Just apply code WELOVECANADA at checkout. If you have a Business Service subscription, this discount will be automatically applied to your pricing.

How is MOO responding to these tariffs?
At MOO, we value our Canadian customers and aim to minimize the impact of these tariffs on you. To share the burden, we are offering a 13% promotional discount on MOO orders to Canada, effectively covering half of the tariff's impact. The discount will be applied to eligible products in your cart. This promotion will run for the duration of the tariffs.
Why can't MOO absorb the entire cost of the tariffs?
As a small business, our resources are limited. While we would like to absorb the full cost to shield our customers, doing so would significantly impact our operations. By splitting the additional cost, we aim to balance our commitment to customers with the sustainability of our business.
How can I apply the 13% discount to my purchase?
To take advantage of the discount, enter the promo code WELOVECANADA at checkout. The discount will be applied to eligible products in your cart. This code is valid for the duration of the tariffs.
Customers with a paid Business Service subscription will have this 13% discount automatically applied to your business level pricing.
I am a MOO Business Services customer. What does this mean for my business?
At this time the 13% discount will automatically be applied to your business level pricing. No action needed at time of ordering. The additional tariff costs do not impact any subscription or service fees.
Are there any changes to shipping or delivery times due to the tariffs?
Currently, our shipping processes and delivery times to Canada remain unchanged. However, we are monitoring the situation closely and will inform customers of any significant changes.
How long will the tariffs and the promotional discount last?
The duration of the tariffs is determined by the Canadian government and is currently indefinite. MOO intends to offer the 13% promotional discount for as long as the tariffs are in effect. We will keep our customers informed of any changes.
