Why have you changed the Super paper and will it feel different? |

We made the change to make printing more consistent from order to order. The difference in thickness is almost unnoticeable. And the Soft Touch or High Gloss finish will feel just the same. |

| Can I order a sample of the new paper? | We’ll be updating our sample pack with the new paper from September. So you’ll be able to see any differences for yourself. | |
| Is there any way to reorder with the previous paper? |
We’ve stopped ordering the “old” Super, so it’s no longer available to reorder. So do give the updated Super a try (it really is hard to spot the difference). |

| Why am I paying the same for a thinner card? | The new paper is 1pt thinner, which allows it to work better with our printing machines. The quality of the print should be even more consistent. |
