For non-expedited shipping methods, we do not require a signature for delivery. However, if a driver determines that there is not a safe location to leave your package and they are unable to fit it in your postbox, they will leave a delivery slip to notify you.
If you have chosen an expedited* shipping method when placing your order, the courier will require a signature prior to delivering the package. If you are not present for delivery they will not leave your package unattended and will instead leave a delivery slip indicating where it has been stored. You may have to contact the courier to schedule a redelivery at a later date or collect your parcel from a depot.
*Please note that we use DHL for express delivery and UPS for pre noon express deliveries.
