Do you offer MOO gift cards or gift vouchers?
We don’t currently sell physical or digital Gift Cards or Vouchers at MOO.
We’re taking stock of our previous Gift Card offering, and working to understand how we can make this better in future for all MOO customers. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
If you have previously purchased or received a Gift Card, but not-yet redeemed this, you can still do this through the ‘Gift Card’ section in your Account. Once you’ve signed in, either navigate through your Account menu, or go to this link: https://www.moo.com/account/gift-cards.php
Please enter your Gift Card code, and hit the ‘Submit’ button.
How do I use my Gift Card to place my order with MOO? Easy!
- Ensure you have added your Gift Card balance to your account
- Choose and make a MOO product
- At checkout, there will be an option to use your Gift Card to contribute towards your payment
- You can use your Gift Card value to buy any MOO product (except another Gift Card)
- Please note, the cart currency must match that of the Gift Card in order to redeem the Gift Card.
Any outstanding Gift Card balance can be used to purchase (or part-purchase) an order with MOO.
