Create your artwork in CMYK, using vector files where possible or raster images at 300 dpi or higher. Make sure lines are at least 0.65 pt thick, avoid transparency effects, and outline all fonts at a minimum of 6 pt. If your design wraps onto the back, ensure both sides align seamlessly, then remove the info layer and export your file as a PDF/X-1a.
