Why does my onscreen preview look blurry or fuzzy?
When designing your products online, the onscreen preview may sometimes be compressed to speed up the site. This can cause your design to appear blurry or fuzzy, with a lower resolution than what will actually print.
How can I get an accurate preview of my design?
We offer a downloadable PDF proof of your designs that you can save or email to see a representation of how the final product(s)* will print and to check for any mistakes. This PDF proof can be downloaded or emailed during the design stages when creating your products and can be found in the top right-hand corner of those pages.
The PDF proof provides a more accurate preview than what is rendered on-screen during the design process. If something doesn’t look right on the PDF proof, it is likely to print that way, so we recommend adjusting your designs accordingly.
*Please note that PDF proofs are not available for all products. If you have any concerns about your design, you can always contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to check it for you.
Having trouble downloading a PDF proof?
If you're experiencing difficulties downloading a PDF proof, it may be because not all products offer this option. Additionally, if the images are large, our system may encounter issues rendering them into a downloadable PDF.
If you have any concerns, please reach out to our Customer Service team, who will be happy to review your design for you.
