We recommend your design file is at least 300 DPI. Otherwise, your preview and final sticker may look blurry.
For best results, upload your design in a PNG or Vector PDF file.
Your artwork will automatically be scaled to fill your selected sticker size.
Upload your custom shape on a white or transparent background. If your artwork has a white background, the background of the sticker will print white. For metallic stickers, we recommend a transparent background.
If you use a non-white or non-transparent background, our tracing tool will treat this as part of the design. We will take the outline around this background.
Example 1 is how our tool will interpret a design with a non-white, non-transparent background:

Transparent elements within your design will expose the paper material below on your printed product. For Metallic Stickers, make sure elements that need to be metallic are shown as transparent in your artwork.
To ensure accuracy, we will only cut around the outside of your design. We will not cutout any negative space within your design.
Ensure there are no large gaps between elements in the design. If there is too much distance between elements, they may not be included within the cut line.
For best results, design your sticker to fill the artboard using vector artwork or raster images at 300 dpi or higher, with a minimum font size of 8 pt and line thickness of 1 pt. Stickers are cut around the outer edge of your design, with a 2 mm border added between your artwork and the cut line, so any internal negative space won’t be cut out. Upload your file with a white or transparent background (use transparent for metallic designs), then remove all non-artwork layers and export as a PDF/X-1a or PNG.
