If your product(s) print duller or darker than expected, please contact us and we’d be happy to reprint with amended artwork.
Colours displayed on screen will always look much brighter and more vibrant than the final printed Colours, so you may need to compensate for this when editing your images.
We recommend previewing and editing your files in CMYK with the assigned colour profile Coated GRACoL 2006 in an outside design editing software. From here, you may choose to adjust your brightness (for photos), or CMYK colour values (for vector/text-based designs).
Once you’re happy with your adjustments, save your updated files and send them to us for the reprint. We recommend JPG for photos or PDF for vector/text-based designs.
