When using our refer-a-friend offer you will get a MOO gift card for every new customer you refer and your friend will receive a discount on their first order.
You’ll want to make sure your friend uses your referral link to place their order and doesn’t use any other promotions or else the referral may not work. You'll need to make sure they use their own device and individual MOO account to place their order, otherwise, we may consider it a self-referral which will not be eligible per our Terms and Conditions.
Please note, it does take 2 days for the reward to be processed after your friend places their first paid order via your referral link. After that, you’ll receive an email with a code to redeem your gift card.
If, after this, you or your friend have not received the referral rewards, please contact our Customer Service team who will look into this for you.
