If we have taken payment from you but you haven’t received a confirmation email or order number, there may have been an issue and no order placed. Please follow the relevant steps below:
Credit/debit card payments
- If you didn't get the confirmation email, it's likely something went wrong and the order was not placed. If you've been charged, we'll automatically refund your money back to your bank account and you should try placing the order again. Refunds may take 3-5 business days.
- Payments via PayPal/Sofort(Klarna)/iDeal might take a little longer to reach us. Please allow our payment provider some extra time to confirm your order; it can take up to 2 hours.
