Power of Attorney for business cards?
Sometimes when shipping internationally, Customs in the destination country will require you to authorize UPS to manage your package through customs. This is formally called a Request for Power of Attorney. Usually UPS will contact you directly to resolve this delay.
To provide UPS the information they need, you will need to fill out this form: https://www.ups.com/assets/resources/supplychain/media/power-of-attorney-terms-and-conditions.pdf
(3) Importer Account Number(s): You will use MOO's shipping number here which is 89VE69
Once you have this form filled out you will need to email the form back to the UPS agent who contacted you. Alternatively, you can fax it to the number located on the bottom of the form (if that's your thing that is).
UPS will then work with Customs to get your package through to you as soon as possible.
Please note, this process may delay the estimated delivery date given at checkout.
